Pays agents commissions. Holds trust checks. Accounts receivable and payable. Agents billing. Copy machine codes and phone codes. All insurance policies. Agent income records, staff records and payroll.

Broker reviews contracts, new, expired and withdrawn listings, open and closed escrows. Assists agents with problems on transactions, policies and procedures.

In charge of all company advertising - designs - layouts - photo scanning and website updating. Provides a monthly calendar of events with Network activities including training seminars and advertising deadlines.
