Her wealth of experience covers a vast spectrum: residential properties, commercial properties, commercial leasing, property development, subdivisions, property management, estates and REO’S.Pam’s goal is simple - satisfied clients. She treats each sales transaction as diligently as if it is her own. And in a way - it is! Nevada County is a small, rural county and Pam’s well-earned reputation for honesty, integrity, and professionalism is very important to her.

Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University (Long Beach) and a secondary teaching credential from San Jose State University. A licensed tax preparer in the state of California, Pam is very familiar with tax matters. Pam is the past owner of her own real estate brokerage but decided she preferred working with people ‘in the field’. She was also the past manager of Network Real Estate and eventually stepped aside so she could concentrate on what she loves the most - selling real estate!

Pam is active in the Nevada County Board of Realtors, is a four term Director and volunteers her time on the finance committee. Service is Pam’s top priority and her real estate business is based on her track record of proven success. Through the years she has developed a loyal clientele based on their “word of mouth” testimonials.

In her rare leisure time, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. They stay active and enjoy kayaking, sailing, skiing and travel.
