Redefining Commercial Real Estate…

… is my goal.

I am the Managing Broker/Vice President at Network Commercial in Grass Valley, California. I have been active Real Estate Broker in Northern California for the past 10 years, specializing in both Commercial Real Estate Sales and leasing in the Northern California Area for the past 3 years.

I am part of a fast growing commercial division in the Nevada County Region. At Network Commercial I can handle everything from acquisition and disposition of large assets to development consulting, to successfully brokering retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties.

I have been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2000, a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker since 2006. I graduated from CSU Sacramento in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in art and minor in business.

I am currently working on earning my CCIM designation. This designation is “the most comprehensive educational resource in commercial investment real estate”. Being a member of the CCIM Institute means constant access to colleagues worldwide. It means connecting and communicating, sharing experiences, solving business dilemmas and building long-term business relationships on a national level, through 59 chapters and 11 regions and across the commercial investment real estate industry.

I am currently a member of: National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, The Nevada County Association of Realtors, CCIM National Chapter, CCIM, Nor-Cal Chapter, The Georgia Real Estate Commission, and earned my GRI designation in 2009.

I am a graduate of the Nevada County Leadership Institute, Chairman of the NCAOR Commercial Connection, and Chairman for the CCIM Nor-Cal Chapter Scholarship fund.

My other interests include: Horseback riding, Running, and pretty much anything that my 7-year old daughter wants to do!
