As a former builder and developer, my transition into Real Estate was natural. A Broker for 21 years, I can foresee problems and questions clients may have and have ready solutions that enable my Buyers and Sellers to feel confident about the process. I work hard in helping my clients and other agents with their needs.

Network Real Estate has fantastic training, state of the art equipment and five great locations. Network has a great belief in inter-agent networking. We provide the agents with that opportunity on both Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings. We have such office camaraderie that many Network agents are the first to bring offers to new office listings.

I came to Nevada County 22 years ago after I sustained an injury as a Peace Officer in Southern California. My wife and I were looking for a close-knit community in the country and we settled in the “Great Republic of Rough and Ready”. I love the access to the outdoor recreation that the family and I enjoy as often as possible. I raise Springer Spaniels with the grand kids. Madeleine and I have two sons whom both live in the area. Madeline and I met 41 years ago in high school and the rest is history. We have 10 acres with a huge pond. Every fall the Canadian geese fly in on their migration south. We love our oak-forested property. We feel private and yet we are only 10 minutes to downtown Grass Valley.
