Becoming a member of the Nevada County Association of REALTORS ®, the real estate and home construction industry is ‘anything but new’ for Dennis. Being a general building contractor, purchasing property, drafting, designing, remodeling and constructing custom homes for 24 years, parallels Network Real Estate’s 28 years of respectfully serving Nevada County and surrounding areas.

From commercial building of the Chicago Park Post Office in 1986, to construction of a ‘Sunset Magazine Award Winning Architectural Designed Home’ in 2006, Dennis continues to offer the same commitment to loyalty, integrity and quality in the real estate profession.
As a community activist in 1983, Dennis pulled together ‘A Small Group of Concerned Citizens’ and is a founder of the ‘South Yuba River Citizens League’ also know as SYRCL.

Dennis is a native of Nevada County and resides on Banner Mountain in Nevada City. He is the father of four wonderful sons, one beautiful daughter and is married to Nevada City Deer Creek Administrator Principal Susie Barry. He enjoys traveling, boating, skiing and is a P.A.D.I open water scuba instructor.
